Will the Parsley over winter?

Writer's picture: Robbie MarshallRobbie Marshall

Not a photo anyone was expecting on Thanksgiving, however, how many of us will use this today? I know I will because IT WON’T STOP GROWING!!! Despite the few frosts we’ve had that did knock off everything else, my parsley has new growth. So I will brave the torrential rainfall today and go pick a large clump to add to probably everything in order to offset all the carbos and sweets in today’s meal. Turns out parsley is good for Vitamins A, C and K and high in Iron and Potassium. It is not native, though, but from the Mediterranean and is a member of the Apiaceae family. And to everyone, enjoy whatever meal you may concoct and stay safe.
