While walking through the back yard the other day (to sit in Betty’s backyard and yell at each other, masked, from ten feet away) I noticed a patch of creeping thyme growing in the yard. It smells wonderful. I may have to clip some to use this week. It’s tough stuff.
Thymus serpyllum is its Latin name. Some people make entire lawns out of it as it is good at choking out weeds.
