Rhody note...



Did you know that rhododendrons curl their leaves inward to protect them from cold winter winds? This helps reduce the surface area of the leaf and reduce water loss from evaporation. This also occurs if there’s been a drought. In today’s paper it was written that CT is officially out of last summer’s drought. And we are forecast to have rain tonight. Check out your rhodies tomorrow to see if they’ve uncurled at all.
